Multiple Integrity Testing System For Aervent 50 – Manifold

Aervent hydrophobic filter contains a 50 mm Aervent PTFE bidirectional membrane supported by a polypropylene casing. This Sterile Grade filter is designed for critical small-scale gas line and air venting applications. In situations where the particles are hard, the sizing of the filtration system is done according to the flow rate. To ensure consistent sterilizing grade performance, each unit is integrity tested prior to packaging with an integrity test correlated to Brevundimonas dimunata retention using the ASTM F838-05 Challenge Methodology.

The new AceLiner Plus – all 316L stainless steel cartridge filter housings are designed primarily for sterile liquid filtration in the biopharmaceutical industry.
